As per directions of the committee members of IOA Elections 2024 & 2025 the below are important notifications.
1. Revised Notifications from Secretary General, IOA reg. Elections.

Verification process for IOA members
Date: 15th September, 2025
1. Please note that the verification process is being opened from 15th September, 2025 11 am to 15th October 2025 5pm for following four categories of members: -
i. Life members who could not apply for verification last time.
ii. Life members who applied for verification but were not verified for any reason.
iii. New life members who were not eligible to cast their vote in 2023 election; and
iv. Verified members who have to update their mobile number attached with Aadhar Card.
2. Please note that the verification process shall be carried by M/s CDSL Ventures Ltd. who have generated the following link on which the members can submit their details.
3. All the Members of IOA in the aforesaid four categories are requested to complete the verification form by clicking at the below mentioned link https://ioa.cvlindia.com
4. Please ensure that the complete and accurate particulars are submitted between 15th September, 2025 - 11:00 am to 15thth October, 2025 – 5pm
5. Please note that the Members of the aforesaid four categories who submit the declaration by the stipulated date and are verified by M/s CDSL Ventures Ltd., shall be entitled to contest and cast the vote in the forthcoming election.

NOTICE for all the Foreign Life Members of IOA
Date: 15th September, 2025
1. Please note that the verification process is being opened for following four categories of members: -

iii. New life members who were not eligible to cast their vote in 2023 election; and
iv. Verified members who have to update their mobile number attached with Aadhar Card.
2. All the Foreign Life members of IOA in aforesaid four categories are requested to sent the duly filled up declaration form as per the attached format to IOA at ioaforeignlifemember@gmail.com along with copy of front and last page of their passport and the Medical Post-Degree/ Diploma held by them before 15th October, 2025 at 05:00 PM.
3. The duly filled declaration receipt by at the IOA Office shall be verified by IOA Office and only verified members shall be entitled to cast their votes in the forthcoming elections.
