IOA Distinguished members of Indian Orthopaedics Association, We wish you a Very happy New Year ahead! A lot of online academic and other activities has been done in the last year. We need to further our actions for a better IOA. The IOA will focus this year to have regular courses of surgical skill training for our younger colleagues and creating facilities for skills updating for our seniors members in their areas of interest. This year, we hope to create systems to have Quality Clinical Research in India, to formulate guidelines and advisories, keeping in consideration the facilities available in healthcare systems in our country, and to continue the National Registry work in various orthopaedic problems. We hope that with the combined strength of all the members of Indian Orthopedics Association, we can achieve all these goals. This year we wish to achieve ‘Success with Surgical and Soft Skills’.
