Respected Senior members, Colleagues, junior members, my brothers and sisters of IOA, 
I bring warm Greetings from Chennai  
As the Vice President of IOA I have a pleasant duty of Election Officer of IOA for the year 2026.  
After few past turbulent years, the association and its Executive Committee have done tremendous 
job of streamlining the entire election process. All our members have the opportunity to get Aadhaar 
verified so that they can exercise the right to vote and elect their executive. The Aadhaar verification 
will end by 28th of October 2026, and I have attached the entire schedule of the IOA Election 2026. 
This mail contains the PDF format of the election notification with nomination forms, bid forms for the venue 
of IOACON 2028 & Dr K T Dholakia CME 2028 and the Code of Conduct. I request all the contestants to 
go through the nomination/bid forms carefully and submit the completed nomination/bid forms to 
this dedicated email ID only ioaelections2026@gmail.com  
I am sure there will be a healthy contest among the candidates for various notified posts of IOA with 
good comradeship.
