National to International Perspectives"

 

Dear Ortho friend,
Solapur Orthopaedic Society in association with the Indian Foot and Ankle Society, under the aegis of Maharashtra Orthopaedic Association, is conducting the 4th Solapur Trauma Meet for 3 days entirely discussing Foot and ankle problems from 2nd to 4th February 2024 in a Five-star Premises.
Theme:  Foot and Ankle Surgery - National to International Perspectives”.
We have confirmed the participation of international authorities like Dr Palmanovich Ezequiel from Israel and Dr Juan Agustin Coruna IV from the Philippines. We have an array of National Faculties from across India. To name a few, Dr Rajiv Shah, Baroda, Dr T V Raja,Chennai, Dr. Pradeep Munoot, Mumbai, Dr Mahendra Kudchadkar, Goa, Dr Kumar Shantanu Anand, Purnea, Dr Abhijit Bandopadhyaya , Kolkata, Dr. Sampat Dumbre Patil, Pune, Dr. Ajoy S.M. Bengaluru, Dr. Girish Motwani and many more have confirmed their participation.
Keeping general Orthopaedic Surgeons in mind, the scientific committee has drawn the format of this conference which dedicates over 40% of its time to case-based discussions and 30% time to over 10 live surgical demonstrations of common foot and ankle injury/disease conditions including neglected trauma, ankle arthroscopy, and ankle arthrodesis, etc. 20% of the time for hot debates in the field of Foot and Ankle Surgery.  Only a few didactic lectures from the masters on current concepts and latest advancements to complete the whole gamut of in and around foot and ankle!!!.
There will be meetings of Past Students of Solapur’s Dr VM Medical College and Miraj’s PGI of Swasthiyog Prathisthan on this occasion to meet and interact with great teachers like Dr. G.S. Kulkarni, Dr. V.M. Iyer, Dr. K. P. Daga, Dr. Pradeep Kothadia, Dr Sanjeev Bhandari, etc. 
Solapur Orthopaedic Society has also planned two evenings with a social get-together banquet to interact with faculty and colleagues formally along with a live Orchestra by our members.
